Facilitator, Coach, and Organizational Development Professional

Renee Harness is the founder of Harness Leadership and is the co-author of The Leadership Challenge Values Cards Facilitator Guide, a resource for activities exploring personal values, as well as The LPI Action Cards Facilitator’s Guide. She has been mentored by authors Jim Kouzes & Barry Posner, authors of The Leadership Challenge, and has been facilitating, coaching and speaking about leadership since 1999. Renee’s passion is to help leaders fully engage, develop and excite the people they work with, creating an environment where they get results through the passionate involvement of their people.

Renee has lead leadership development efforts in companies such as Charles Schwab & Co., Roche Diagnostics and Third Eye Leadership. She has taught Sociology and Leadership at several Indiana universities.
